She said 'can I show this to my manager?' I agreed and off with my phone she went. For close to 15 minutes I argued with her, explaining I only have one AMEX card, I even brought up my AMEX app on my phone, showing her the FULLY PAID CHARGE for the room to Thunder Valley. She said 'no, I need the AMEX card ending in XXXX'. She said, 'do you have the card you made the reservation with?' I said this is it. Upon checking in, I was asked for the card with which I made my reservation. I made my reservation and prepaid for my room using my AMEX card.
